Corporate Strategy and Analysis is responsible for facilitating the strategy process in Hydro and running and coordinating strategy development. The unit is responsible for market analysis across Hydro’s portfolio, including long term price assessments. The unit contributes with investment analysis into larger investment projects across Hydro, and holds the responsibility for reviewing and developing positions fro trade policy in Hydro.

Area of Responsibility
- Market analysis, contribute into Q2 reporting of market development
- Peer analysis
- Industry analysis, including supply/demand, regional analysis, macro development and trade flows
- Quantitative analysis/modelling of energy markets
The department engages actively across Hydro’s value chain, with deliveries into upper management decision processes. The internship allows participation in preparing for external reporting process and provides insight into key processes of a large corporation.
- Minimum three years of completed studies in Business, Economics, Industrial Economics/Technology
- Good academic results
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Engagement through student activities is an advantage
