The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department is responsible for driving Hydro’s CSR agenda, managing and coordinating company policies and initiatives in the areas of human rights, ethics, and other society and community related issues. This corporate staff unit is dedicated to our strategic goal of going beyond compliance, making a positive difference.

Area of Responsibility

  • Strengthening Hydro’s competence and capacity to deliver our business and CSR goals

The right candidate will assist the CSR team in relevant tasks linked to implementing the CSR strategy, improving tools to measure results and provide benchmarking.

This is a very exciting opportunity to be introduced to, and help implement, Hydro’s CSR efforts, and to work with CSR in a company that has responsibility and sustainability at the top of the strategic agenda.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of completed studies in in economics, social science or engineering with documented focus on sustainability
  • Good academic results
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Engagement through student activities is an advantage
  • Expereience with tools and methodology to measure project performance is an advantage
